Bathroom Remodeling
Showers, tubs, vanities and tile, built to last and planned around your budget
A bathroom that works for you
Most bathroom remodels start with one thing that bugs you every day: a cramped shower, a worn-out tub, a vanity with no storage, or tile that just looks tired. We figure out what you want to fix and what you want to spend, then plan the work so the money goes where you will notice it.
St. Vrain Construction is a second-generation, licensed general contractor (Longmont license C01009653) serving Longmont, Boulder County and Weld County. Plumbing fixture work is done in-house, and wiring is done by a licensed electrician.
We get to you fast. We typically return calls the same or next business day, come out for an estimate within 3 business days, and get you a written estimate within 2 business days after that. Most projects start within 2 to 3 weeks of signing.

How a bathroom remodel works with us
- We start with your priorities. What do you want the room to do better? More storage, an easier shower to step into, better ventilation, or a look you actually like.
- We talk honestly about budget. A clear budget lets us decide together where to spend and where to save.
- We look for ways to get more for less. Keeping the toilet, shower drain and vanity where the plumbing already runs saves real money, and so does choosing tile and fixtures that look great without the designer price.
- You get a clear, itemized estimate. Every part of the job is broken out so you can choose what to include now and what can wait. No up-selling.
- We handle permits and scheduling. We pull the permits the job requires and order materials early so the bathroom is out of service for as little time as possible.
- We build it and walk it with you. Demolition, waterproofing, tile, fixtures and finish work, followed by a final walkthrough.
What affects the cost of a bathroom remodel
- Moving plumbing. Relocating a toilet, drain or shower adds the most cost.
- Shower type. Curbless showers need floor work and careful waterproofing, so they cost more than a standard shower.
- Tile. The tile you choose and how much wall and floor it covers.
- Vanity and fixtures. Stock vanities and fixtures cost far less than custom or high-end lines.
- What is behind the walls. Water damage and old pipes are common in older bathrooms. We tell you right away if we find something.
- Ventilation and electrical. Adding or upgrading an exhaust fan, lighting or outlets.
